Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the cy66 platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must keep this information updated at all times. cy66 is not liable for any losses or issues arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. cy66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your cy66 account.
• cy66 reserves the right to require enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity.
• Documents that may be requested for KYC include government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

cy66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions on the cy66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via supported mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your cy66 account within minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the financial institution. cy66 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which cy66 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the cy66 finance team within one (1) hour during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as your cy66 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• cy66 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• cy66 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not previously used to make a deposit, except where expressly permitted by the cy66 compliance team.
• All deposits must be free from any encumbrance and sourced from legitimate personal funds. cy66 does not accept deposits originating from third-party sources or borrowed funds.

cy66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all cy66 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• cy66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the campaign.

• Registering more than one account per individual Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cy66 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the cy66 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the cy66 platform.

Any unauthorised use of cy66 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by cy66.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cy66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Unauthorised access to your account by third parties where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

• A Player is found to be ineligible to use the platform (e.g., under 21 years of age).
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to cy66.
• A Player has voluntarily requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, cy66 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and all pending winnings. Where an account is closed at the Player's own legitimate request, any verified remaining balance of real-money funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after all applicable verification requirements are met.

cy66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cy66 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the contact method on their account.

Your continued use of the cy66 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cy66 holds its operating licence. By using the platform, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
